January is School Board Appreciation Month! We are so appreciative for our school board members who volunteer their time and service to the students and staff of PCSSD. Stay tuned, we'll highlight each member individually throughout the month. #pcssdproud #equityandexcellence

Happy New Year!

Have a happy and safe New Year's Eve!

Resource students at CRYSTAL HILL ELEMENTARY were asked to do a research writing assignment. Using 1-3 resources to help in the project, students answered "if I could fly anywhere, where would I fly?" #pcssdproud #equityandexcellence

Kindergarten students at CRYSTAL HILL ELEMENTARY “elfed” themselves. They cut elf pieces, designed outfits and then glued their faces on their elves. And the project would not have been complete without elf hats for the big elves too.

Happy Kwanzaa!

Merry Christmas!

'Twas the night before Christmas..."
Merry Christmas Eve!

Crystal Hill hosted its spelling bee last week. We're so proud of everyone who competed. Congrats to our winner Thea Olmstead! By the way, we think every spelling bee should be held on Pajama Day! Great work scholars.

We have a fun learning activity for students to complete over the break (see photo)! If they complete a bingo, they earn 25 PBIS points. If they cover the board, they will earn 50 PBIS points. You can print off the paper if you want, or just send a note to the teacher letting us know which activities your scholar completed! Thank you and Happy Holidays!

Just a few reminders for the upcoming winter break! Schools are OPEN on Monday, December 20. Winter break begins Dec. 21 for students/teachers. More details can be found on the image & online: http://ow.ly/C4A150H9CIw
