PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. -- The Mills University Studies High School JROTC Flag Etiquette Presentation Team members Cadet Olivia Dunn, Cadet Angel Green, Cadet Brandon Holt and Cadet Jayden McBride, recently gave a Flag Etiquette Education Presentation at Baker Elementary.
