LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Mills University Studies High School JROTC Color Guard Team presented the national colors during the opening ceremony for the Arkansas Democratic Black Caucus’ 19th Annual King Kennedy Awards Banquet. The event was held at Westwind in North Little Rock on February 19, 2022.
Color Guard team members include: Cadet Xavier Rhea-Captain/U.S. Flag, Cadet Jada Goode-Arkansas Flag, Cadets Juell Phillips and Audreana Luckey-Riflemen.
