October is National Adoption Awareness Month. To learn more about adoption, check out the Arkansas Department of Human Services Division of Children & Family Services. The agency works tirelessly to ensure all Arkansas children have a safe and stable home every day.

October is National Bullying Prevention Month. Teachers who witness bullying should intervene immediately, assure the bullied child that it is not their fault, and address the behavior with the bully.

We will host ACT at Mills. Arrive between 7:45-8:00 am . The instructions will begin at 8:05 am.
Pulaski County Youth Services has opened enrollment for the third fall ACT Prep session for 2020. The ACT Prep – Math session is Nov. 14, 2020, from 9:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. The ACT Prep – English session is Nov. 18, 2020, from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. The ACT Prep – Science session is Nov. 21, 2020, from 9:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. Please note that seating is limited.
