Mills University Studies are encouraged to participate in the holiday reading challenge! Students will keep a reading log of Newslea articles and e-books to earn a good bag. November is National Diabetes Month. The CDC reports that more than one-third of U.S. adults have prediabetes which puts them on track to be diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is preventable through committing to a healthy lifestyle.


MILLS MIDDLE basketball coach Antonio Buchanan was selected to participate in Chris Paul’s “CP3 Elite Youth Camp” in Dallas this weekend. Coach Buchanan was selected as one of 35 (out of 250) coaches to attend this camp. Congrats, coach! #pcssdproud #equityandexcellence



10th grade AVID students from SYLVAN HILLS, MAUMELLE, ROBINSON and MILLS UNIVERSITY STUDIES high schools visited @HendersonStateU last week. They got a campus tour and lunch on campus. It was great college preview experience for these students. #pcssdproud #equityandexcellence
