Homecoming week has ended, but we want you to see more! We don't even have to tell you what the dress up theme was for these students and staff. Shout out to all of them for their spirit!

Hard to believe that we're more than halfway through the football season. ROBINSON and MILLS UNIVERSITY STUDIES (*homecoming*) are defending home turf. SYLVAN HILLS and MAUMELLE HIGH are on the road. Good luck! Livestream available: https://www.pcssd.org/page/sports-network

Friday is GAME DAY and HOMECOMING and THROWBACK day! It's also PINK OUT for the district. You have so many choices for your dress up day tomorrow. Show us what you've got on this last day of homecoming week!

Students from MAUMELLE, MILLS UNIVERSITY STUDIES, ROBINSON and SYLVAN HILLS high schools attended a swearing-in ceremony last week for Teen Court. Teen court participants serve as judge, jury and advocates and impose sanctions that reflect restorative justice principles. Special thanks to Judge Mark Leverett and Judge Barry Hyde as well as Pulaski County Youth Services for their commitment to this program. #pcssdproud #serveall

It's Boss's Day! Thanks to all the outstanding leaders across PCSSD! Did you know Boss’s Day was initiated by a State Farm Insurance employee in Illinois in 1958? October 16 was chosen to coincide with her father’s birthday, who was also her boss.

Congratulations to all our Mills High Choir students who auditioned for the ArkCDA Region 2 All-Region Choir on Saturday (Oct. 12)! We had 3 students selected for All-Region choir, and all 3 scored in the top 20 chairs, making them eligible to audition for All-State Choir in February!
We are so very proud of all of our students who took the opportunity to try their best to make the choir. And a huge congratulations to our students who made All-Region! Everyone has worked so hard to prepare, and we are super proud of the progress that our students are making.

It's Down Syndrome Awareness Month! Every October, we have the chance to celebrate and empower our students with Down syndrome. #pcssdproud #serveall
